Default YHA and local groups

News reaches me from John at Copse:

snip>You and all can rest easy for a while - we managed to get the
motion passed by
Southern Regional Council - then over the big hurdle of an 80% majority
to
put it on the National Council agenda as an emergency motion - and then
passed
by National Council (or the AGM as it is called now).

Essentially all the changes have been referred back to Board of
Trustees for a
rethink. However I am sure that it is not the last we have seen of the
recommendations though.

So watch this space.<snip

Default Re: YHA and local groups

As this is not really the proper place for this discussion, I have
moved it to Chris Hunt's YHA Groups web site and put it on the forum
there. http://www.yhagroup.org.uk/
any interested parties can discuss local group issues there.
