Default Tesco vouchers

Has anyone used Tesco Clubcard vouchers to pay for YHA accommodation?
The information on the Tesco website is not that helpful, saying only
that "certain dates and locations" are excluded. There is also a mention
of a "minimum stay".

Does anyone know the extent of the above restrictions?

I've successfully used Tesco vouchers several times - never been totally
refused - I also book in advance and ask when booking. Rotherhithe
(London) asked me to pay a deposit on credit card and then I paid the
rest using Tesco vouchers upon arrival. Other YHAs have allowed me to
pay everything by Tesco vouchers upon arrival.

[Whilst the breakfasts at Rotherhithe were OK, the evening meals were
awful and over-priced. The Spice Island (pub) across the road,
overlooking the Thames, has much better food for an evening (choice /
quality / price).]
