Default Governance Review - have your say

I expect there's something about this buried on the official YHA site
somewhere, but it's front page news on mine! YHA are (supposedly)
seeking members' feedback in the initial stage of a review of its
governing structure. Not seeking it very actively, of course, but
seeking it nonetheless.

You can find out more - including how to participate yourself - at
http://www.yhagroup.org.uk/archives/governance-review

I can't help but feel the Review is just a long winded way of getting
rid of Regional Councils and in particular their regional Trustees. Its
very clear head office would prefer nationally elected Trustees. The
questions and information pack lead the reader to this way of thinking
by default. Naughty naughty. Lets play fair please.

Please please everybody, do have your say. The deadline is the end of
the month. Its important, thanks.

Karl.
