Gatliff marathon start location changed.

REGISTRATION : Registration is at Sports Association Pavillion,
Edenbridge, Kent (GR 441 459). This will be open from 6:30am. Entrants
before the day will be sent their number in advance and to avoid delay,
this should be brought to the start.

Correction to my last the start location is at this moment in time
still the same as previous years.
