I believe you have ot have a Circuit City receipt before you can do this. I do shop there all the time though so next time I do, I'll grab the receipt and do the survey.

My husband and I have purchased a Sourround System and just had to let you know that the service we received was fantastic at Fairview Heights, Illinois. After getting it home and putting it together we noticed that they gave us the wrong one, but wanted to keep what we had. We called the store and told them what we had and they immediately corrected it by sending us a gift certificate for the difference along with a new receipt. The saleswomen was really nice and knew what she was talking about. Customer service like this will keep us coming back. This is the 2nd purchase that we have made at the store, and both times they were really nice. Thank You Michael and Debra

I just wanted to reply to your survey. You do not have one. I went to your website to maybe "get a chance to win one of five $1,000 gift cards" and your reply was "SORRY THIS OFFER NO LONGER AVAILABLE".

My purchase at your store in OKC was over $900.00 on January 26th, 2008. What is your time allotment for this kind of survey?
