100th Capture!

Randall Neal Olsen was arrested on February 4, 2007. A Silent Observer tip
led Michigan State Police Troopers to an address in Barry Counter where
Olsen was arrested without incident. Olsen was the Silent Observer Fugitive
of the Month for February 2007. Olsen was wanted on a 2-count Felony Warrant
for the Delivery and Manufacturing of Marijuana.

Silent Observer offers citizens the opportunity to provide police with vital
information - yet remain anonymous. Silent Observers can receive rewards of

who are later bound over for trial.

The Fugitive of the Month Program features a monthly "Wanted Fugitive" whose
capture requires public assistance. The maximum reward level is $1,000. To
date, this program has featured 105 fugitives and 100 have been captured.
