Rep. Baird Calls for Investigation into Death of Rachel Corrie

Rachel’s parents to speak about U.S. student’s death during peaceful protest

Washington, D.C. -

Rachel Corrie, 23 was killed on
Sunday in Gaza by an Israeli bulldozer.

Ms. Corrie was protesting the destruction of
Palestinian homes by the Israeli Defense Force
when she was crushed by the bulldozer.

U.S. Rep. Brian Baird will be joined by the
parents of Rachel Corrie at a press conference
Wednesday,

March 19 to call for a formal investigation into Rachel’s death.

Rachel’s parents will also share their concerns
regarding the loss of their daughter and the safety
of others.

Today, "liberal" is just another word for "not nuts."
Don't go around invading countries that do not pose a
threat and lie to the world to justify it; don't destroy
the nation's fiscal health in order to give trillion-dollar
gifts to the wealthy; don't gratuitously insult countries
whose help we need to maintain world peace and security;
don't shred the Constitution at every opportunity, etc., etc.

That's understandable. They want to have the right of return as a weapon against Israel and to
acknowledge the people do no want to move there would concede the loss of this weapon.
