i may support bush, in general, but he is hardly (iow he is NOT) a fiscal
conservative.

he's spending like crazy.

the record of republicans in terms of spending is pretty poor.

bush's is very poor. he needs to be more fiscally conservative.

Bush is in no way close to anything conservative.
If he was I would support him.
