Actually, the Commonwealth of Virginia is both exceptionally embarassed by
the complete failure of their DMV to protect the citizens, and exceptionally
resolute about making sure that nothing like 9/11 happens entirely because
of their LAX procedures and tolerance of corruption in the official ranks.

Expect heads to roll over those conspirators selling Virginia Drivers'
Permits to ILLEGAL ALIENS.
