I haven't checked the state constitution in a while, but I believe the
Lt. Governor becomes Governor if the Governor resigns.

It's about time they cycle through another "democrat" and possibly
"non-mormon". They have to do that every once and awhile to "prove" that
they don't rule that govt.

Do they pay property taxes on Main St. now? And now that they own
Crossroads let's make sure that we don't lose more of Main along with S.
Temple.
