Payson Canyon Mount Nebo Scenic Loop question

I'm trying to find out what distance of the 11 miles from the town of
Payson to Payson Lakes is paved road vs. gravel/dirt. What about past
Payson lakes to the Mt. Nebo Bench/Monument Trailhead; is this section
paved? Thanks very much.

Just came back from camping there over the weekend (Fishing there sucks,they
failed to stock the lake this year due to budget cuts).

Anyways, its completely paved all the way.
