So I dropped in to Junior's Tacos right across the street from the Wells
Fargo building for lunch when I was in Salt Lake for a few days this week. I
had two Al Pastor tacos which were quite good. Just about every Al Pastor
taco in the world is served with diced onions and cilantro, so I picked
those out of the condiments, which Junior's provides in little tubs. I tried
one of the others on one taco just for something new and it was delicious.
Trouble is, I don't know what it was. I intended to return to Juniors the
next day, but got held up. Now I'm thousands of miles away. I tried calling
the place to ask, but didn't reach anybody who spoke english.

Can anybody name the condiments at Junior's Tacos?
