WILSHIRE, CALIFORNIA – Police say Michael Andrews Ocon is wanted,
along with a second suspect, for the murder of Theodore Frederick
Brothers on April 22, 2000. The suspects approached Brothers while he
was working on his parked vehicle. The suspects double-parked, exited
their vehicle and approached the victim and his brother. Ocon engaged
the victim in hostile conversation and then gave a hand signal to the
2nd suspect. The second suspect then pulled out a semi-automatic handgun
from his waistband, aimed, and fired numerous times striking the victim.
Brothers was transported to the hospital and pronounced "Dead on
Arrival".
