For what?

For a home somewhere between 100 and 500 dollars per square foot. For
100 you'd have to keep it very basic and go strictly to plan. Changes
cost a lot.

Home construction. Average cost for average house in average town.
Say, 3bdrm, 2bth, 1,800sqft, in Orem.

So, take the middle of $300, means $540,000 for a home in Orem? That's
some house for Orem!
I bought in Highland and what I paid for the house equals $92 a sq.
ft.
I ask 'cause I may build another house on the property. I have 1.5
acres. I'd hope to build for $100 sq ft. +/-
I googled but could find no info on this.
