Default college north of the border?

If you are thinking about going to college north of the border (Idaho State
University) you'd better think twice. You'll find federal documents relating
to criminal investigations of the University administration for the illegal
distribution of controlled substances prodicued on campus with the full
knowledge of the administration at the web page:

This university administration has been found guilty of whislteblower
retribution. That is routine. But what is not routine is that they have
denied everything, applaud the unlawful distribution of controlled
substances, and teach their graduates that it is okay to illegally
distribute, deny when you get caught, and commit further crimes to cover it
up. Nice place to go to college if you want to join the mob. Is it a
conspiracy as they like to say at ISU? From the federal documentation and
published comments you can only conclude it is a coordinated effort to cover
up. Is filing false annual operating reports with the Nuclear Regulatory
Commission a crime? Yes, it is a felony. And that is what has happened.
Consciousness of guilt on the part of ISU administration.
