5th Water Springs (Diamond Fork Canyon)

anyone know if the road to this great spot from Rt. 6, heading
southwest out of Spanish Fork Cnayon is still open ? It's a left turn
into Diamond Fork Canyon of the highway.

I was told some time back that the road is closed, and that the only
access to the springs is hiking in from the north ? True ?
