Default World Parachuting Championships at Gera

Minutes of the meeting held on Tuesday 15 August 2006

On a less sanguine note, the Chairman referred to reports that a Member
of the BPA who was a coach for another nation's delegation at the
World Parachuting Championships at Gera had been hurt during the
end-of-meet party due to an alleged act of violence. The Chairman said
that matter was under investigation by the police and other
authorities. Although more than one Council Member had sought
discussion both from the table and by e-mail in absentia, the Chairman
said that it would be inappropriate for the Council to consider the
matter pending the outcome of these investigations.

Minutes of the meeting held on Tuesday 6 September 2006

Everyone on the British delegation in Gera had had a great spirit and
this had been a memorable event for all who had taken part. The
delegation had been good-humoured and had been excellent ambassadors
for the UK.

So what did happen? Lets have the bad as well as the good.

Gossip, Gossip and more Gossip.

What did or did not happen is a matter for the Police and Speculation
does not help.

>From what I can remember I had a fantastic time as I managed not to pay

the €25 to get in to the party!!!

So Baz, what is gossip.

We have one Chairman stateing that there was an alleged act of violence
and another saying all is well.

Who is telling the truth? The next Council minutes are not out till
next mounth.

The truth may already be out there.

I see from your history that you may have been open to 'Gossip' so why
stop now?

So Baz, what is gossip.

If you were in the know - then you'd know.

But you don't

so you aren't sufficiently interesting enough to be put in the know.

and too much of a dweeb to print your own name and stand up and be counted.

Mouthing off about Andy Scott and trying to make him out to be part of a
cover up is going to win you no friends whatsoever. You tried to make an
issue about TOTALLY the wrong person.

And its made you look a twat.

Still - you're probably used to that

Ignore the negative and troublesome by sweeping it under the already
lumpy BPA carpet.

suggest you vote in a carpet cleaner

I hope you stood as one of the 20 who wish to do something ( walk the
walk, not just talk the talk )

good luck in elections - and dont forget to fill in your voting card
- not voting in protest is just lazy / childish and also missing the
chance to win free membership for a year
