>From James:
Hi All, As you will probably notice this is my first post on here as I am still not into the whole computer forums thing. But I thought I would give it ago! Anyway I believe Mike did a similar thing last year but once again we would like any teams or groups of people who are planning to come to hib any time, weekends or midweek, to let us know their planned dates, number of jumps etc. I know your plans will undoubtably change but it helps us to accommodate you the best way we feasibly can. It was put to me that I should contact each team individually and ask them these questions and I would have preferred to. However I believe many teams have changed members, as they often do, and therefore I was not exactly sure who to phone. So without the risk of offending I thought this would be the best way to do it. This message also applies to groups of people just coming to fun jump - maybe from another DZ for a trip etc. You can just email the DZ with this info or phone me (0113 250 5600) or any of us if you have any questions. Also to any coaches and organisers - We know you are often busy training etc but if you do know of any weekends you are free to help with coaching / organising can you let H or myself know. We would really like to get something going where we can tell everyone who is avaiable each week for coaching and organising so we can keep the interest of the lesser experienced going. Finally although we are now running Spain and may seem distracted sometimes with that, we are not under any circumstances wanting to stop progressing forward at Hib. Please continue to submit your ideas for events and improvements to the dropzone. Thanks again for all your continued support we look forward to a good jumping season. James |
