Default FS 2007/8 Rule Updates

Hi All,
The IPC meet last weekend confirmed rules / schedules for next year
i have sent a transcript of what has been recieved so far to Lesley to
try to get into the mag (feb)

high level is:

No dive pool changes at all - 4/8 way
Slight amendments to some rules allowing flexibility to go UP in
altitude as well as bringing it down BUT setting a max altitude of 13k
Amendments also allow to complete a Round rather than stopping mid way
and moving into a semi final ( as in gera 06 )
1 round required to call a meet
FS World Championships 08 will be Maubegue France from 7 Porters -
config of a/c to be confirmed ( handles / rails etc )

later
Andy
