Yes, it's real. I go there next saturday evening for a dive. Water 30°C low
cholirine. Now you all just need a flight to Brussels Belgium :-) Yhey told me it's the deepest public pool in the world. Hello there ! I've been there too last year, a very nice day out. Top gear (aqualung BC jacket and legend demand valve) included in the price. Entrance fee is about 15 euros per person. No booking requested. Warm fresh water harmful for your eyes (it's a real pleasure to take your mask off). 2 hours and a half drive from Paris. Once you're dry, you may sit taking your lunch and watch other divers through massive square portholes. Depth is not 33 but 35 m ( 105 ft) .... Alain |

Of course with flying I'd need to stay longer than just for diving, for off-gassing. Having looked at the various routes (drive + ferry, Eurotunnel or fly) flying is by far the most convenient and from where I am in the UK, all cost roughly the same. I'd see about getting 4 or 5 dives to make the trip worthwhile. Just need time off from work, to coincide with my son being off from school . . . . Ken |

Unless they've changed the size of meters or feet recently, 35 meters is just short of 115 feet. |
