Default Tyler Twister

A little help?
I'm in the US and am intrigued by this little known boat (here anyway)
that is for sale.
Looking at what specs I can find, it would seem this boat would be
very slow. Is this the case?
Any other details anyone can give me would be appreciated.
Thanks
Gordon

This site says it is a Folkboat derivative by C.R. Holman

The Twister is a well regarded and much admired boat, which is sought
after and attracts high prices here. The early ones were wood
construction, later grp hulls with wood superstructure and then all
grp with Tyler mouldings. Tylers did the moulding for many boats in
the 70s, both power and sail, and again were well regarded.

BTW, in case there is any confusion CR Holman was Kim Holman, who
designed many boats with Don Pye.
