I suppose I was a lot younger when I sailed one but it was my first sinle hander and I didn't find it difficult. Ian |

However, my point is that it is not a beginner's boat like a Topper, and the original poster sounds like he does not know that much about dinghies - at least that was my impression. I've just loaned mine to a friend who has done a fair amount of dinghy sailing, and she is finding there is quite a learning curve (especially getting under that low boom). |
