Default Quest for advice

I have 3 queries for which members may well be able to guide me in the
right direction:

Firstly, can anybody recommend a good publication on the subject of
creating a ratings method for racing?

Secondly, has anybody here used Racing System Builder Software, and if
so, is it worth the investment?

Thirdly, is a subscription to Flatstats worth the expense?

Advice very much appreciated on any of these.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Charlie -

I'm not sure if this will be what you're looking for or not, but I
cover some things like this on my blog: http://horse-racing-tips-411.blogspot.com/

The blog is fairly new, but there's already some good content and
reviews there. I think it might be along the lines of what you're
looking for.
