Graded courses?

Can anyone point me in the direction of a list of courses and their
respective grades? We all know Ascot is a Grade 1, but what about Warwick or
Yarmouth, and how many grades are there?

Maybe the RP/Timeform etc or a Bookies Diary,the ones they send every year?
