It's enough to make you want to publish the results just to give them a lesson in reasonableness. Daytona |

It is quite easy for others on a sleepy Sunday to routinely look in here having forgotten that the race was live hours earlier. No doubt they would make a quick exit. I am not inclined to spoil their enjoyment if avoidable. To be reasonable is to fall in line with accepted protocol. To be unreasonable and immature is to post spoilers out of spite. |

In particular, as soon as I've completed reading one newsgroup I'm thrown headlong into the (subject line summary of) the next newsgroup. It's entirely possible that at 10am tomorrow I may see a whole bunch of rasf1 headers after zooming through the gibberings of the even more lunatic sci.physics. > To be reasonable is to fall in line with accepted protocol. > > To be unreasonable and immature is to post spoilers out of spite. That choice is yours alone. At best hey can kf you and hope you don't circumvent it. Are you an adolescent by any chance. Your pathetic ability to comprehend simple things seems to be the prevailing conclusion from this thread. If you didn't understand what I said, then I don't feel bad at all, I simply pity your overworked brainstem which has to make up for the lack of functionality in the rest of your corteces. You evidently have nothing useful to say, you may as well join the killfile now. *PLONK* Phil -- "Home taping is killing big business profits. When I'm in that position, I don't do that. I wait until I've seen it. I've noticed that American fans who last year suffered the tape delayed broadcasts don't appear in the newsgroup until they've watched the race. Where I live, and in 1990 before the Internet, F1 broadcasts were delayed until the following Saturday! Keeping the surprise wasn't easy back then, it would be impossible now. |
