A man who doesn't qualify for an English passport because he spends too muc time out of the country leading the English cricket team. Maybe it refers to the man who has headed up the English academy, Rodney Marsh, who has been responsible for taking some talented but raw young players and developing them into the turn that has just reclaimed the ashes(including turning Fattie into Freddie). Maybe it refers to the batman who (by a clear margin) heads up the series as the leading run maker (KP) Maybe Simon Jones (he is Welsh after all) Whoever it refers to, I for one don't believe we would have the ashes now if it hadn't been for these guys and everyone else involved in the England Team and management. |
