Any more whining from the Aussies about umpiring?

Indeed. Absolutely plumb, whatever Ritchie might say. Hoggie could have had
them both in his first two overs with any luck with the umpires.

Particularly when the same umpire had given Giles out LBW to a ball missing
by half a foot. This test has seen LBW decisions definitely in Aus favour.
IIRC, all 3 LBWs against Eng were wrong decisions ~ two were howlers:
Giles's was missing stumps clearly, Collingwood struck outside the line.

Posted this in another thread but it seems more appropriate here.

If it wasn't for intimidated umpires Aus would be in a much worse position
than they are
now.All that pissing in the umps ears from Ponting and co seems to have paid
off in this match.

I don't think that Bowden and Koertzen are that easily intimidated.
England have had the worst of the umpiring in this match, but had the
better of it in several of the earlier matches. Umpires are human and
will make mistakes from time to time. It's just chance that most of them
have favoured Australia this time.
