I believe you have to have a Taco Bell (owned by Yum) receipt before you can do this. I do shop there all the time though so next time I do, I'll grab the receipt and do the survey.

The survey at opinionport.com/yum does indeed need a receipt in order to be completed. Lucky for me, I had one as I ate at Taco early last week and kept the receipt..

I took the brief survey and added a comment. I was immediately informed I was not this weeks winner. Of course not. I just did the survey. When are the winners choosen? How do they select a winner? Was I disqualified because I left a comment?

Where's the list of winners I was told is posted on the website? There should be a survey on the SURVEY AND CONTEST.
