I believe you have to have a Chilis receipt before you can do this. I do shop there all the time though so next time I do, I'll grab the receipt and do the survey.

I regularly eat at Chilis. I would love to win something for taking a simple survey. The next time I eat there, I'll be sure to keep my receipt and do it.

The survey at chilis-survey.com does indeed need a receipt in order to be completed. Lucky for me, I had one as I ate at Chilus early last week and kept the receipt.

I took the survey earlier today after I got back from Chilis. It was fast and easy to take and I'll be sure to take it from now on. Thank you Chilis and chilis-survey.com.

I filled out the survey a couple of weeks ago. Since that time we've dined at Red Lobster and two other well known restaurants in the Longview Texas area. Wow, I did not realize how great Chilis is. I don't mean to knock the other places but we don't plan on going there any more.
Chilis's food, atmosphere, and all employees were great. I should have rated Chilis 10 in all survey areas.

The Chilis on Buckner in Dallas has dirty floors, server stands, and menus, has servers who present the check with the meal, has servers who ask guests if they "Want change back", and has seriously relaxed their standards. Brinker used to run top-notch establishments. It is sad to see how far they have fallen in both server training/quality-of-service and cleanliness. I doubt that I will return.

If it were up to me the General Manager and the Regional Manager would be looking for employment tomorrow morning.
