This is one area in which Randi has done some very worthwhile
work, anything which exposes such despicable people is ok by me.

I think there is a matter of degree involving their intent and a broad
spectrum of various motives, which encompasses the hapless idiot
with some ability who thinks they can make a little from it, to those
cynically exploiting the sick with full knowledge of what they are
doing.
To be fair though, there are many out there who give freely of their
time to perform healing at little or no cost, and their motivation is in
stark contrast to the others mentioned.
