No news server is perfect. It's always good to have a second news account
as backup for those times when you think your primary server is dropping
posts.

I always recommend teranews (http://www.teranews.com/) as a backup account
because they're good in terms of not dropping posts, and once you pay the
$4 setup fee, it's free to use.
