If you annihilate your ego, and surrender your identity, you can
meld in with what you are powerless to change, and see things. After that, if you can come out of it with any preservation of sanity, you can use the information you find, to possibly help a few people out. (there are some, however, who will use the information to do harm) The psychic invader always takes a gamble when he enters the mind of his host. If the host isn't aware that it's a gamble, then the invader has a free ticket to send his host to doomsday or paradise, depending on whether he likes his host or not. However, aware of the gamble, the host knows the very same mind that invaded him, his secrets, his attitudes, and the general genre of his character. For privacy's sake, the host then inherits the power to bury the invader. Thank God for the palatability of the human appearance from the outside, even among the most hideously ugly. The secrets that dwell within them are infinitely more hideous. At one time, Cisco would have returned 100 fold. I was in it once, but I got out. Jon |
