You want answers from now on, don't look to me for them. Look to GOD.
Find GOD your own damned selves, the way I had to do, through blood, sweat and tears, and trial and error. I wan't spoon-fed, so die in pursuit. It won't be any skin off my back. If you survive, hooray for you. Now here's 40 years of hard labor in hell's kitchen for you. You may look back and see a point in time where you could have had you cake and eat it too. An arrangement like this was possible through knowledge, but it lacked experience. Now that you know, and now that you have experience, whenever another opportunity comes around, you'll have the wisdom to APPLY IT. As was the case, the last chance was wasted. If you want forgiveness, you'll have to survive the heat. If you want justice, you'll have to survive by moonlight. There's an advantage and a disadvantage to each, and neither require any less walking the straight and narrow. You may see how the disappearance of a young woman who was mercilessly burned alive, has sprouted new growth out of the graves of her perpetrators. Her spirit was set free. I don't suppose you can fathom how it's possible for the dead to remain in captivity of their assailants. BUT I DO. So all of you find your godamned God of your understanding and worhip it. Me and Jane will be in the beginning when the next primordial soup comes around, after the fragile lattice work of the failed experiment falls apart. You won't find me grieving, either. Jon Giffen |
