Get a load of this. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nanocar Scientists are
developing tiny machines out of atoms. I don't think mass can be teleported, but electromagnetic radiation can be tailored to manipulate mass from a remote distance, and cause sickness or health in large populations. I suspect a powerful low frequency carrier wave resonates in the collective unconscious of the species, inherited from the primordial root. I think it's the same in everyone, like a sort of deep mind oscillator. The oscillator in each individual is synchronized with the oscillator in the rest of the species. People who have been through hell, who have had to turn to inner resources for strength, sometimes stumble on the deep mind oscillator and use it to survive. They can't change the carrier wave, but they can use it to ride information in or out in the form of small wavelets added to the larger carrier wave. I think this is probably the mechanism for telepathy. The deeper into the unconscious that a person regresses, the more they become the same as everyone else. Eventually the regression converges on a point that is absolutely the same between all people and all life. It's a deterministic sort of perspective, since regression goes into the past, and the past can't be changed. The regression converges on a point containing an oscillator that is synchronized with all life. Anything output from that point is broadcasted to all life, and anything input from that point is the expression of all life. The point is also the taproot, the deepest root of a tree. So enclose a whole tree in plaster, let it dry, inject termites to eat out all the wood, and the hollow part is Jack Powelson's stomping ground. He started out as a leaf and regressed to the taproot. From there he could go anywhere back up the trunk and branches into any other person, any other leaf. He could ascend from the taproot up to the trunk and down into any other root system. He could inflict homicide with absolute stealth, without the slightest hint that he had anything to do with it. Each leaf is a living person, entire families on each branch. The roots are the genes of the dead passed on to the living. The trunk is Powelson, who threatens to monopolize large groups of people unless he has his way. He can cut off traffic and kill them, waste resources and reward his favorites, or selectively take out problem individuals by starvation or oversaturation. Two men shall extort each other into compliance, neither to each's advantage or disadvantage. The two men are Powelson and Davenport. Wherever in the world there are two links of a chain, they will have to exterminate them all in order to breach their predicament, which is neither realistic or idealistic. Instead, it is what can be reasonably expected of them, for the benefit of themselves and everyone else. |
