Hi all,

Sorry about the title, but it seemed a little appropriate :-). I'm actually
wondering if anyones noticed a change in umm, the psychic ether? I don't
know what to call it, but things have definately hotted up lately. Yes I
know that sounds all newbie-ish and in the company of some here I most
definately am, on the other hand I know what I feel.

Something in all this that really concerns me in all this is the spate of
suicides that seem to have gone along with it. Has anyone else noticed this?
I'm in wollongong, nsw, australia, and just locally there have been about 6
in the last week and every one that I know of has been by hanging. Now it
could be coincidental, I don't know enough about things to try to guess, but
it strikes me as a hell of a coincidence, and people are affected by these
things in different ways so who knows.

There is a definite change in since the millenium began. Without
sounding just *too* crazy, the astral plane immediately
interpenetrating the Earth--the place where dreamers go, and the newly
dead--is very, very crowded with lost souls.

Most Earth dwellers do not have an immediate knowledge of the
spiritual, and therefore re-imagine the world of the suffering they've
just left, or a fog if nothing else.

I've found myself in meditation--running distance, working in the
garden, and suddenly been immersed in a long discussion with someone
about what it means to have just died, and not know where you are. It
doesn't come from within--I know where I'm headed--and it seems like
I'm a travel guide, or giving directions.

There's an effortlessness about it that strikes me as the work of my
Oversoul. For some reason, the lost one has zoomed in on me, and the
Oversoul uses the occasion to teach.

Sounds weird, I know, but like all psi experiences, when it's
happening, it seems like the most natural thing there is.

We too noted a change or shift the weekend before last, I think it was during
Sunday night, Monday morning. We sensed the general feel as having taken on a
degree of pessimism somewhat seeded with self doubt. Prior to that we were of
the sense that there was more of a sense of optimism but with a somewhat
exaggerated feel about. The contrast of the two states may be affecting some in
an unfortunate manner.

It just amazes me the way some here can speak about things with such
certainty. I know that things are changing I don't know why though. I am
being led to places lately, well, only to one place so far,(it usually leads
to more though) and I'm not sure why, but then I never am. I just get shown
the way, I don't know how to interperet it or what to do when I get there. I
did get an odd flash while I was there, which is unusual for me I normally
don't get shown anything. Sorry if thats a little off topic, or seems it. I
personally think that this current flux of weirdness is something thats been
building for a while, and is just one of many steps.

and take out all of Africa and Asia, it would just mean more living
space.

ago, when the traders gave smallpox-infected blankets to the Native
Americans.

No, in a high-technology world, a billion Rich would live much more
comfortably with all those resource-using Poor.

Note that I don't agree with this mindset--I consider it
diabolical--but it's becoming the prevalent way of thinking in insular
North America. Even in Canada, where we'd rather die out of old age
rather than allow immigration.

It isn't immigration we're against. It is the KIND of immigrants who

This sort of comment and many others were made as the Millennium approached
which subsequently turned out to be a somewhat quiet affair. Fortunately it
would seem the Mayan calendar stepped in to fill the breach, they used a
somewhat interesting counting system which resulted in these date.

The scientists are agreeing the predictions for 2011/12?

To clarify I am not sceptical per se but have noted over the years that there is
a tabloid aspect to this stuff that rarely helps more serious investigation and
so on.

Hi,

I had an experience a little like the one you mention, but I
think it was just me and my perception. I interpreted it as a
change in the space-time continuum, which everything existing is
structured within. If this is possible, then it might be caused
by the galaxy gravitating closer to the Great Attractor, known
to astronomers as a very large black hole that a large portion
of the universe is falling into. If the continuum is warping,
then it could produce a slight anomally or stress in living things.

However, I live in Ohio in the US, and I haven't perceived
anything like you mention. My experience with it was 8 years
ago, when I felt like the lattice of ether had a greasy
constitution. Back then it felt like space-time had undergone a
phase shift.
