If they do, won't Novak squeal and testify that Scooter Libby was the
original source? Or will he just go quietly to jail and shut up to
stay alive and avoid having his family sent to Syria for torture under
the Patriot Act?

Novak acted in a malicious way that knowingly endangered the lives of
a number of innocent people. Surely that is as serious a charge as
drunk driving.
