I've never heard of them either! As for charging i assumed there would be something in them but i set the charger for 2 amps. It charged at 8.67 volts and after 115mins had got up to 9volts. I stopped it when 3700mah had been delivered. Battery was barely warm to the touch. I'm not sure if this charger has an auto cut out or if i have to select it as an option so i didn't let it run on. I'm assuming a 2hr charge for the 1st couple of cycles will be better than 1/2 hour charges at 5 amps. Using a 100amp hour gel battery rescued from a 4 wheel mobility scooter to drive the prodigy along. |
