Small Fleischmann turntable and DCC

Been looking for a small turntable and I see that Fleischmann do an HO small
one with a bridge only 183mm long. Anyone had any experience with these and
with DCC? Pricey I know and I don't want to splash out and have problems.

Building a fairly small OO layout along one wall 9.5' x 2' Have a yen to
incorporate a small turntable. Hornby is too big and I am not mechanically
minded enough to adapt a Peco one.

Do I need a turntable - probably not but as a kid I always wanted one and
never actually got one
