Hi, im thinking of buying one off the viking detectors (30 or 40)just
wonderd if anyone had used one of these machines ? Also a friends thinking of buying one of the bounty hunter range , but ive never come across anyone who uses one , is this because there no good ? steve |

I still have a Bounty Hunter Tracker IV. Not a bad machine but they chatter
a lot. so much so in the end I got a Minelab Sov, just for the quiet. Most Viking detectors are entry-level machines for absolute beginners or
kids to play with on the beach. You don't hear much about them because no self-respecting serious detectorist would admit to ever owning one! Theo |

I would go straight in for the new treasure Ace 250 Garrett machine,it loves
