I assume this is what you are asking for... Newsgroups include: uk.rec.radio.cb (this one) rec.radio.cb (full of bad language and hate posts) alt.radio.cb.skip (very quiet) alt.radio.cb.crunch (I've never seen a single post) Yahoo groups include: CBtricks http://groups.yahoo.com/group/cbtricks/ UK_CB_RADIO http://groups.yahoo.com/group/UK_CB_Radio/ Poor mans CB http://groups.yahoo.com/group/poormanscbradio/ These involve the messages being sent direct to your E-mail address. Other people may know of more - maybe some CB chat rooms and on-line forums. Regards, Peter http://www.citizensband.radiouk.com/ |

Magnum,

It's nigh on impossible to make a direct translation from Russian to English - go try and see what you get:-) My wife is from Ukraine (yes, she wants to be the one to press the go button for a nuclear bomb on Chechnya) and speaks Russian. Russian is a very rich language and has typically ten definitions for each English word! Check out Vitaly's use of the word 'conferences' above. I use a two language keyboard here (Russian English). Can I type in Cyrillic, can I hell. I leave that up to the boss. -- Philip de Cadenet G4ZOW Transmitters 'R' Us http://www.transmittersrus.com |
