They used to sell a complete clean up kit including the cases and knobs for
around £35, or the front panel and inlay for around £15 but unfortunately
they havnt done them for a good few years (

I think the closest thing you're going to be able to get is a front
panel for a Superstar 3900. I would try contacting Ranger in the USA
who manufacture 3900's in their Malaysian factory, their service
department are usually very helpful. See the link below for a picture
of the front panel on their web site, obviously a couple of the switch
functions are labelled differently to a Cobra 148.

Thanks for that Matt. In the meantime wishing to share what ive found with
others in case its of interest to them Truck King still do the top and
bottom cases at £8 each plus £3.50 P&P. These, unlike some ive seen do NOT
have the extra fixing holes halfway along the front.
I have seen an interesting Panel on an american website and it has an image
on it but as of yet had no reply to if it would fit a cobra 148. Many thanks
to all those who have contributed so far,
Graham

A new Cobra 148 front panel is as rare as rocking horse manure, I tried to
buy one from Truck King six years ago...without success.
