Why would I want to do what? Sell it, or sell it with a link to how to
mod it? If the former, coz I have another one (but not your Alinco, it
was too expensive in the end!) If the latter, the same reason you sold
your Alinco with 27.555 on the display!

knew I should have modded it for you all first. A Lincoln goes for well
over £90 and they are crap radios! A *faulty* President George goes for
£77. I don't get it. Is it just nostalgia or something? £46 for a radio
that does SSB and 26-30 MHz....

well seeing as it's only USB, and the cycle is at a low point, what do you
expect..

i sold one mint and boxed and opened up..for £50..about four years ago to a
guy that only used the HTX,
people don't realise thats it's very similar to a lincoln anyway, but only
has half the gadgets..

i'd be happy with £46 TBH..

Well there is an LSB mod, no FM fair enough, but that's rarely used
anyway - even cb'ers only use it for swearing or playing music. And as
for the low point, since Feb of this year I have had 32 different
countries on 10m!
