I'm sorry, I don't see what that has to do with my message. I haven't suggested that anyone not care about the cruelty of the hunt, or bury their heads in the sand. To the contrary, it's when the huge on-going political debates flood the group that the discussion of the living, breathing animals themselves gets lost in the noise. If you want to discuss the hunt, then there are suitable groups... to not carry that debate over to alt.animals.foxes doesn't stop it, or keep anyone from hearing it. Not even anyone in a.a.f: an anncouncement of an interesting thread can be posted in a.a.f with followups set back to the original group.
