Default Butterflies

Over the last three weeks there have been so many butterflies around. A
walk to Fernworthy Reservoir (Dartmoor) about a week ago produced at
least 5 silver washed fritillaries and two marbled whites amongst
others. In my garden I have several buddleias just for the insects...
Yesterday I saw a clouded yellow at work and this morning I had a
clouded yellow in my garden ..I am so excited!! It stopped me in my
tracks, being such a clear golden yellow... In fact scanning the
surrounding countryside, there are butterflies everywhere. I know all
species are endangered, but this summer has almost given me hope of a
recovery, especially with the latest good news about Adonis blues now
thriving.
