Default A great yoga site

Are you looking for a new place to learn about yoga? Do you want to practice yoga but for whatever reason can't go to a studio? If so, you should check out macroyoga.com. At Macroyoga, they have daily yoga classes where you can download the video and learn from amazing instructors from the comfort of your own home. This way, if you can't afford to go to a studio or don't have one near you, it won't stop you from experiencing the joys of yoga.

Macroyoga also has some amazing features in their yoga forum located here. Their forum is chock full of great information on all aspects of yoga. If you want to ask a question about anything, then teachers and other practitioners will answer your question. Or, if you want to share your wisdom, there is a wiki where you can edit in what you know about yoga.

The final area of Macroyoga.com that I want to bring your attention to is this Yoga Poses section. In it, you will find all the well known yoga poses as well as some of the lesser known. What I especially like is that Macroyoga takes you through each pose and explains exactly how to do it.

So if you're looking for an excellent yoga experience, be sure to check out Macroyoga.com and their forum. I can guarantee that you'll be glad you did. Bye for now.

Hello to all

Thank you for sharing such information. This will be going very useful for every one.
Yoga is a way of life, an art of righteous living or an integrated system for the benefit of the body, mind and inner spirit. This art originated, was perfected and practiced in India thousands of years ago. The references to yoga are available in 'Upanishads' and 'Puranas' composed by Indian Aryans in the later Vedic and post- Vedic period. The main credit for systematizing yoga goes to Patanjali who wrote 'Yoga Sutra', two thousand Years ago. He described the principles of the full eight fold yogic discipline. He composed the treatise in brief code words known as 'Sutras'. 'Yoga Sutra' is the most important basic text on Yoga. It is through this basic treatise that the essential message of yoga spread throughout the world.

Please keep sharing more and sharing
Have a nice day

Hello
Looking to quit smoking? Really, the following free tips and techniques will not just help you stop smoking, but will actually help you break any bad habit or addiction. In fact, I can go even further and say, that not only will these tips help you break bad habits, but will also help you stick to good ones, such as sticking to a weight loss diet, waking up early, exercising daily, etc. So regardless of whether you are looking to cease smoking or looking to make or break other habits, these tips will be very useful to you.

Specifically with regard to smoking, the problems caused to your health are now widely documented, but specifically from a yogic perspective, smoking can be particularly problematic and negative. This is primarily because your capacity to do pranayama (yoga breathing exercises), which are the primary source of bringing in prana (chi/life-force) into you entire system, can be severely impacted by smoking. For effective pranayama, you want your lungs and respiratory system in optimum shape, and this system is the one most impacted by smoking. So quitting smoking is certainly a worthwhile challenge to undertake from a yogic perspective.

Hello

Thanks for sharing this informative information. Yoga has many advantages over other methods of maintaining health, such as gymnastics, athletics, aerobics, games, and various other forms of exercise. It does not need any costly equipment and materials, or playgrounds, swimming pool, gyms, etc. Yoga can be practiced throughout the year. It can also be practiced inside the house or in the open, singly or in groups. The only requirement is a thick carpet spread on the floor and covered with a clean sheet of cloth. Yoga should only be practiced on empty stomach. You can do it at any time during the day. It will benefit you irrespective of whether you are young or old, lean or heavily built, highly educated or unlettered, rich or poor, from higher or lower middle class, busy, over busy, or retired or worker in the factory or in the field.

thanks
Have a nice time ahead.

Hi

Thanks for sharing this nice information. I had check your... This is very interesting site.. Through yoga, one's biochemical profile improves significantly. Anti-stress and antioxidant factors proliferate throughout the bloodstream, calming us and increasing our resistance to disease and malfunction. Even total cholesterol and triglyceride levels go down, while all-important hemoglobin levels rise.

Hello
Since a yoga studio is a service business, I recommend you seek to deliver at very high level of customer service. In fact, you should strive to delight your yoga students. Here’s some of the basics to consider:

* What hours will you be open and available (at class time only or all day and evening)?
* Live telephone reception.
* Pleasant greeting at the door.
* Someone available to assist walk-in traffic.
* Teacher availability to speak with students outside of class.
* Fast e-mail and voicemail response time (i.e. within 24 hours).
* Will you provide mats and accessories (I strongly recommend you do)?
* Will you ask students to clean the mats your provide and put them away (I recommend you don’t – yes I’ve been to a studio where I had to clean the mat and put it away. I haven’t been back).
* Late class arrival policy (i.e. can’t attend class, or it’s okay to join – depends on the nature of the class you teach. If very spiritual, it’s probably best insist to on timely arrival. If it’s a fitness-oriented class, a late arrival isn’t very disruptive).
* Consider tea service after class – or some brief social-oriented winding down. Don’t herd everyone in and out because your classes are scheduled too closely together.
* Offer free classes/courses (i.e. meditation, satsang, etc.).
* Client feedback (short surveys, anonymous client feedback on your Web site using uservoice.com, e-mail your clients, and/or talk to clients).
* If you hire staff, don’t permit bad talk about your clients. You don’t want a negative client service environment because clients sense it.
* Delight your clients – over-deliver your benefits every time.
