Default Huge weight loss , palpitations , frequent urination ,etc

I live in Canada . I'm 52 years old and Last october a lot of strange
things started to happen to
my body :

1 ) Went down from 250 lbs to 209 lbs in three months with no diet .
2) Started having urgent need to urinate every 20 minutes
3 ) Cut down cigarettes from 25 per day to 5 daily . Even one cigarette
caused pain in left jaw , left side of neck ,and
down left arm.
4) Frequent bouts of a racing heart about 3 AM . Called 911, Paramedics had
EKG machine in ambulance, heart
had rate of 160 beats per minute , but no sign of heart attack ,Twice the ER
gave me the tranquilizer ativan ,and heart
rate dropped to 90 beats. Once Er doctor gave me a shot of a beta blocker
insted of ativan. As soon as he left
I started having bad pain and pressure on center of chest .I had to ask an
orderly to get the doc back. By the time
he retuned ,most of the pain was gonne, the EKG showed nothing ..
5) At 4am feet would start to sweat heavily until about 7 PM ,then the
sweating would stop completely
6 )Developed a bony growth in right foot and two lumps ,one in the tissues
around rib cage and other
in a private part of my body . Lumps were tested for cancer ,and tests were
negative .

Medical tests perforformed : Diabetes, thyroid , liver , kidneys , chest
x-rays , complete blood count , Heart stress test ,
holter monitor worn for 48 hours , PSA test ,plus other blood work .
PSA in Canada is considered normal between 1 to 5. Mine was 6.5 , I waiting
for results of 2nd PSA test .
All tests were negative , Except for slight elevation of PSA.

Since January , I started gaining weight like crazy , I'm up to 239 lbs .
The sweaty feet slowly went away totally .
I take FLOMAX for the frequent urination is working like charm .I still
smoke a few cigarettes a day , and only get
a slight pain in left jaw .As far as the racing heart goes , I always keep
some ativan around , that usually takes care
of heart palpitations .The bony round ground lump in my foot is gonne , the
lump in my bippy is also gonne .
The lump in my side is still there but it is a lipoma that is not growing in
size .
Several doctors and specialists were involved with me and they don't have a
clue what was happening .

Any speculations would be appreciatted .

Thanks
