Is there any online pharmacy in the uk that sells the pain-killer co-proxamol
(aka distalgesic) without prescription?

Not legeally, it is Prescription Only.

Perhaps fortunately compared to elsewhere, on-line pharmacies are few
and far between in the UK due to the regulations on practice.
