The 3rd World Conference on Drug Absorption, Transport and Delivery (WCDATD)
will take place in Barcelona, Spain. 17th to 20th April 2005.

This meeting will reflect that drug absorption; transport and delivery are
multidisciplinary disciplines that are undergoing rapid development. The
molecular biological revolution, new drug design technologies, novel
delivery approaches and the concurrent evolvement of regulatory principles
offer several exciting research topics for both academic and industrial
scientists. These developments are continuously broadening the borderlands
between chemistry, material, science, pharmaceutics, biopharmaceutics,
pharmacokinetics and drug delivery and provide new opportunities for novel
treatment approaches and effective drug products. The 3rd World Conference
on Drug Absorption, Transport and Delivery will illustrate the integration
of complementary industrial and academic research approaches leading to new
and improved experimental models, drugs with improved biopharmaceutic
quality and novel drug delivery systems.
