Responsible for overseeing the day to day activities on
commercial / industrial construction projects ranging in size
from $1m to $20m in value. <br>Responsible for all job site
safety and assist in generating site specific safety plans
<br>Responsible for maintaining project schedules, sequencing all
phases of contruction, achieving milestone dates and generating 3
week look-a-heads. <br>Responsible for maintaining all site
documents (daily reports, tool tracking, weekly safety audits,
RFIs, SK's, CCDs, punch lists and As-builts) <br>Responsible for
generating and documenting subcontractor pre-construction
meetings. <br>Responsible for delivering a high level of quality
<br> <br> <br> <br><br><br><B>Requirements: </b><br>8-10 years as
a superintendent with commercial / industrial experience <br>Must
have computer skills (all company information done
electronically) <br>Must be proficient with all contract
documents (Prime Contracts, Sub Contracts, scopes of work,
drawings & specifications) <br>Must have an overall knowledge of
construction practices and proceedures from sitework through
MEP's <br>Must have layout capabilities <br>Must be able to keep
a project progressing forward and strive for maximum
subcontractor productivity. <br>Must be proactive in looking for
issues in advance to eliminate problems later <br>Must have
effective communication skills (clients, design professionals,
subcontractors & co-workers) <br>Must have expierience with
reviewing shop drawings and product submittals <br>Must be
versed in OSHA requirements <br>Must be able to participate in,
and capable of running, meetings with clients and subcontractors
<br>Must have a general understanding of building codes <br>Must
be able to monitor and control project costs <br>Must posess high
levels of integrity, work ethics, honesty and fairness <br><br>
