Job Functions: Retail - Position Summary: Maintains food quality
and customer service in a cash handling retail food operation
that includes branded concepts, in-house formats and signature
designs. May assume GM's responsibilities and authority in
his/her absence. Assists in maintenance of cash control and
payroll records. Assists in supporting the financial/HR
functions. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public
relations. Typical Education: High school diploma Typical Related
Experience: 2-4 years Required Degree / Certification: N/A 160
Bed Room Service facility. Prior Food Service Mgt. experience.
Strong interpersonal * leadership skills w/ability to
successfully manage an hourly workforce. Ability to work within
budget * strategic plans guidelines. Consistently maintain good
customer/client satisfaction * working relationship.
